Fish & Richardson announced that it is set to hold a webinar titled "Global Patent Protection Strategies and Foreign Filing Licenses" at 1:30 p.m. May 14.
The program will feature Fish principal Gwilym J. O. Attwell as a speaker. He will discuss foreign patent filing, where to file, requirements for filing licences from other countries before filing in the United States, and foreign filing strategy.
Attwell works in Fish's patent prosecution and counseling practice, where he focuses his practice on U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, opinion work, due diligence studies and client counseling in the fields of biotechnology, medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
He works out of the firm's Wilmington and Washington, D.C., offices.

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M.
