Morris James announced that associate Wilson A. Gualpa was elected to serve as chair of the Delaware State Bar Association multicultural lawyers and judges section. Before taking on his new position, Gualpa served as vice chair of the section.
Gualpa works in Morris James' personal injury group, where he handles cases involving automobile accidents, premise liability cases, workers' compensation matters, and injuries from dog bites.
He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and its workers' compensation section, the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, the Randy J. Holland Delaware Worker's Compensation Inn of Court, the American Bar Association, and the Delaware and national Hispanic bar associations.
