The Delaware State Bar Association is slated to host a webinar titled "The Disproportionate Effects of COVID-19 on Minorities and Their Ability to Work From Home" from 2 to 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, according to the DSBA website.

The program will address health, civil rights and community access to services and how such factors lead to minorities experiencing the negative effects of the coronavirus differently. 

The panel is set to be moderated by Wali W. Rushdan of Fox Rothschild.

The panelists will be Richard Allen Williams, a clinical professor of medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA; Kristen Clarke, the president and executive director of the National Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law; and Logan S. Herring, the chief executive officer of REACH Riverside Development Corp.
