Jesse Noa, an associate at Potter Anderson & Corroon, was appointed to serve as vice chair of the Delaware State Bar Association employment law section for the 2020-21 term, according to an announcement from the firm. In the past, he served as secretary of the section.
Noa focuses his practice on complex commercial, employment and real estate litigation issues, including contract disputes, expedited restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation, alternative entity disputes, business torts and commercial foreclosure actions.
In addition to his membership with the DSBA, Noa is a member of the American Bar Association, the Richard K. Herrmann Technology American Inn of Court and the Delaware Bar Foundation.
