Corporate litigation attorney Thad J. Bracegirdle joined Bayard's Wilmington office as director of the firm's litigation department, according to a press release.
Bracegirdle litigates cases related to fiduciary duties, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other issues on behalf of Delaware corporations and their directors and stockholders. He also has experience with disputes related to business entities governed by Delaware law.
Bracegirdle is a member of the American and Delaware bar associations as well as the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court.
He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1997. He is admitted to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
