Kate Harmon, an associate in Benesch's Wilmington office, was elected vice president of the Delaware State Bar Association, New Castle County, according to a press release from the firm. She is set to serve for the 2020-21 term. 

Harmon is also co-chair of the DSBA women in the law section and previously served as DSBA treasurer, assistant treasurer and member at large. 

At Benesch, Harmon works in the litigation practice group, where she handles complex commercial litigation, corporate litigation, bankruptcy litigation, corporate governance, entity formation, nonprofit representation, insurance coverage disputes, compliance and intellectual property issues.

She is a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law.
