Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath announced that it brought on ​Ian Bambrick to its finance and restructuring group.

Bambrick joins the firm as counsel, and he advises debtors, lenders, ad hoc lender and noteholder groups in restructuring and the Chapter 11 process.

He previously was an associate at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, according to LinkedIn.

Bambrick is a member of the Delaware Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround Management Association. He was also appointed by the Delaware Supreme Court to serve as an associate member of the Delaware Commission on Law and Technology.

He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2010.
