Robinson & Cole brought on James F. Lathrop as an associate in its bankruptcy and reorganizations group, according to an announcement from the firm.
Based in the firm's Wilmington office, Lathrop will represent debtors, committees and creditors in bankruptcy and corporate restructuring matters such as Chapter 11 reorganizations in bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court workouts.
He has experience representing clients in the oil and gas, transportation, telecommunications, retail, technology and automotive industries, among others.
