A high school senior has sued the Cape Henlopen School District, alleging students who opt to learn remotely are being put at a disadvantage compared to their peers who chose to attend in-person classes twice a week.

In a complaint filed Monday in the District of Delaware, the plaintiff, identified as N.G., argued receiving instruction from teachers virtually once a week is an infringement of Delaware students’ right to an equitable public education.
