Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati announced that it elected 15 attorneys to partnership within the firm, including Wilmington attorney Adrian Broderick. Broderick and the other partners-elect are set to assume their new roles in February.
Broderick is part of Wilson Sonsini's corporate department, where she specifically focuses on Delaware corporate law. She handles issues such as fiduciary duties, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, dissolution and liquidation, and statutory requirements.
