Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor announced that it brought on Deborah R. Edwards to serve as the firm's new director of diversity, equity and inclusion.
She joins the firm from Seton Hall Law School, where she served as assistant dean for diversity and inclusion for three years. Before that role, she worked at the New Jersey Attorney General's Office as executive assistant attorney general. She also served as chief of staff and counsel to the New Jersey attorney general.
