Potter Anderson & Corroon announced that Peter J. Walsh Jr., a member of the firm's executive committee, was inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers during the organization's virtual spring meeting. He is the fourth attorney from the firm to join the college.
Walsh leads Potter Anderson's corporate litigation group. He has experience handling cases related to corporate books and records, stockholder class and derivative actions, summary proceedings pursuant to the General Corporation Law and disputes involving alternative entities.
