Todd Flubacher, a partner at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell, is slated to speak at the Delaware Bankers Association Foundations of Delaware Trusts Series, according to an announcement from the firm.
He will co-present on "Discretionary Decision-Making" alongside Cynthia D.M. Brown of Commonwealth Trust Co. from 9 to 11 a.m. March 29. Flubacher and Brown will address fiduciary duties and how to interpret discretionary trust provisions.
