The Delaware State Bar Association is set to hold the webinar "Delaware Corporate Law: A CLE in Two Parts," from 1 to 5:15 p.m. May 25, according to the DSBA website.
The first part of the webinar is titled "Guidance From the Delaware Courts: A Conversation With Practitioners and a Member of the Court of Chancery" and will be moderated by Morris James partner Lewis H. Lazarus.

The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls.
