Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell announced that partner Todd Flubacher is slated to speak on a panel at the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel program, "Let's Be Clear! Drafting to Minimize Litigation and Disputes."
The program is set to be held from 3:15 to 5:15 p.m. Thursday and will address the ways families and others can challenge estate planning documents, impair efficient administration of trusts and estates, and create no-win situations for fiduciaries.
