The settlement with E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Co., the Chemours Co., DuPont de Nemours Inc. and Corteva Inc., Attorney General Kathy Jennings announced Tuesday, is to be used for a variety of environmental efforts, including sampling, analysis and restoration.
