The Delaware Court of Chancery announced that Paul A. Fioravanti Jr. was publicly sworn in to his first term as vice chancellor. He took the oath of office outside of the Delaware Art Museum in Wilmington in a ceremony that was initially set to be held in March 2020 but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Delaware Supreme Court Justice Gary F. Traynor administered the oath of office, and Fioravanti's wife held the Bible.
