Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell announced that partners Patricia Vella and Jeff Wolters are set to speak at the American Bar Association business law section virtual meeting, to be held from Sept. 22 to Sept. 24.
Vella is co-chair of the Acquisitions of Public Companies subcommittee meeting, which is scheduled for Sept. 22. Wolters is slated to speak on the private equity and venture capital committee panel, "Conflicts of Interest in VC and PE Transactions: When They Arise and What to Do."
