An Albertsons Companies Inc. employee has filed a collective action in the District of Delaware, claiming the grocery chain failed to compensate its employees for overtime properly during the pandemic.
The Louisiana plaintiff, who's worked for Albertsons for a decade, is represented in the case by P. Bradford deLeeuw, who is of counsel with Migliaccio & Rathod.
