A Delaware attorney's lawsuit against the state's disciplinary system must be dismissed based on the Younger abstention doctrine, which prevents federal courts from interfering in ongoing state proceedings, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit ruled Tuesday, upholding a district judge's ruling.
