The litigation section of the Delaware State Bar Association is set to hold an upcoming virtual CLE event titled “Precise, Powerful, and Persuasive: Legal Writing for Litigators 2022.”

Judges and practitioners from the District Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Supreme Court, the Court of Chancery and Superior Court are set to discuss the best way to advocate in writing for clients. According to the DSBA website, participants will get valuable tips on brief writing and motions from the people who write and read submissions in both the state and federal courts.
