Members of Delaware’s legal community remember Supreme Court Justice Randy J. Holland as an advocate for families, an expert on constitutional law and a writer of landmark corporate law decisions.

Holland, who most recently took a senior of counsel position at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s Wilmington office, died March 15 at 75. He is survived by his wife, Ilona; son; daughter-in-law; and two grandchildren.
