Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor announced that Wilmington-based corporate litigation attorney Lauren Fortunato has been chosen to participate in the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) Sources of Success Program.

The Sources of Success Program is a 12-month mandatory program that combines courses in client development, executive presence, organizational leadership, strategic career management, effective communication strategies as well as group and individual coaching. Participants also engage with leaders from major companies in various industries as panel participants and mentors. The program is open to diverse attorneys working in MCCA member law firms or legal departments who have less than 10 years of professional experience.

Fortunato’s corporate practice focuses on the representation of corporations and alternative entities, directors, managers, stockholders and members in both commercial and corporate disputes in Delaware state and federal courts, with a concentration on matters in the Court of Chancery. She has experience in prosecuting and defending books and records demands and actions.
