McCarter & English has announced the election of 10 new partners, resident in five of the firm's offices and representing six of its practice groups. Sarah Delia was elected to partner in the firm's Wilmington office.
Delia is a member of the firm's business litigation group. She handles complex corporate and commercial litigation matters for clients in both state and federal courts involving breach of fiduciary duty claims, shareholder and corporate governance disputes, valuation and appraisal law, contractual disputes, fraud, corporate information rights, advancement and indemnification, corporate governance and other commercial disputes.
