The Delaware State Bar Association is scheduled to hold a CLE session titled, "What Non-Bankruptcy Attorneys Need to Know About Bankruptcy 2022."
No matter what practice area a lawyer is in, working with a client considering bankruptcy or in the middle of bankruptcy proceedings is more common than people think, according to the description of the session on the DSBA site.
