He’s been elected to succeed Smith Katzenstein Jenkins partner Kathleen Miller for a one-year term.

Also a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a past president of the Wilmington Tax Group, Durante attended Haverford College, which presented him with its alumni award in 1998. He received his law degree and masters in taxation from Villanova Law School.
