The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Delaware is scheduled to hold a virtual CLE event for attorneys who are looking to learn more about the current landscape of abortion rights in Delaware—and the path ahead, both nationally and locally.

Experts on reproductive health, rights and justice are set to speak on about recent updates and direction for doing the timely and vital work to keep abortion legal and accessible for all. Panelists are scheduled to include: Elisabeth Smith, director of state policy and advocacy for the Center for Reproductive Rights; Susan Cohen, retired vice president for public policy of the Guttmacher Institute; Kelly Nichols, nurse practitioner at Planned Parenthood of Delaware; and Shané Darby, founder of Black Mothers in Power.
