The American Civil Liberties Union of Delaware has promoted one of its in-house staff attorneys, Dwayne J. Bensing, to be its next legal director.

The organization announced the move in a press release Monday morning, with executive director of the ACLU Mike Brickner calling Bensing a “dedicated advocate for all Delawareans, a strong litigator, and a committed civil libertarian.”
