Insurers can continue with their case in Delaware seeking to avoid paying for CVS Health Corp.’s opioid-related defense, a Superior Court judge ruled Friday.

Superior Court Judge Paul R. Wallace denied CVS’ motion to dismiss or stay the insurers’ action, finding the company hadn’t proven it would face “overwhelming hardship” if the case continued in Delaware rather than another jurisdiction.
