Having two separate jury trials would be not only a waste of time and resources for both the court and the litigants involved, but a violation of Delaware law, Fox lawyers said.

More than a year after Dominion Voting Systems brought its second complaint alleging defamation by Fox News personalities, Fox News Network and Fox Corp. have moved to consolidate the two cases pending in Delaware Superior Court, claiming Dominion has pushed back on consolidation in an effort to get two chances to make the same case.
