Delaware’s notoriously stringent bar admission process has been updated to align more closely with that of other states, the Delaware Supreme Court announced Tuesday.

Changes include offering the bar exam in both February and July beginning in 2024, reducing the number of essay questions on the exam from eight to four and cutting down the length of required clerkships from 21 weeks to 12.
