Morris James recently welcomed Siena Cerra and Tara Pakrouh as attorneys within the firm’s bankruptcy and restructuring practice group.

Cerra focuses her practice on commercial contract disputes, business restructuring and insolvency issues. Before joining Morris James, Cerra served as a judicial law clerk to the Judge William C. Carpenter Jr. of the Superior Court of Delaware.
