Gawthrop Greenwood partner Carl W. Heckert has been elected secretary of the Delaware State Bar Association's (DSBA) family law section during the organization's 100th anniversary year.
Heckert, who has more than 25 years of experience practicing family law in Delaware, has been a member of the DSBA since 1992 and will serve for the 2023-2024 section year.
