Delaware Superior Court Judge Vivian L. Medinilla has selected lead counsel in the case consolidating more than 77,000 personal injury and wrongful death claims related to the antacid Zantac.

Wisner Baum managing partner R. Brent Wisner, Jennifer A. Moore of the Kentucky-based Moore Law Group, Jacobs & Crumplar attorney Raeann Warner and Justin Parafinczuk of Florida’s Parafinczuk Wolf have been tapped as plaintiffs’ lead national counsel. Warner, who is based in Jacobs & Crumplar’s Wilmington office, was also named as lead Delaware counsel for the plaintiffs, along with Stephen Morrow and Joseph Rhoades of Rhoades & Morrow and Conaway-Legal’s Bernard Conaway.
