Since the conflict in Ukraine began one year ago, the imposition of trade restrictions on Russia has generated a host of complex issues for businesses operating in the United States and abroad. This webinar is designed to cover time-critical questions that American companies are facing, including mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, insurance matters, asset seizures and forfeitures, financing and payment issues, force majeure provisions in contracts, compliance with trade sanctions (including secondary sanctions), asset nationalization and bilateral investment treaties.
