A shareholder claims in the Court of Chancery that the head of a video game coaching company attempted to conceal $700,000 in fraud by firing a board member and senior employees, one of whom has now locked everyone at the company out of its servers and key infrastructure.

Fox Rothschild filed the complaint last week for shareholder TMT Investments, which alleges Alexey Belyankin, Legionfarm Inc.’s founder, CEO, majority shareholder and one of its three board members, has put California-based Legionfarm “in freefall and at risk of irreparable harm.”
