Potter Anderson & Corroon and Tabet DiVito & Rothstein filed a complaint to compel the inspection of books and records Wednesday in Delaware Court of Chancery on behalf of Joseph Reynoso. The suit, naming FinLink, seeks documents related to potential mismanagement on the part the company's CEO and secretary. The case is 2023-0811-, Joseph Reynoso v. Finlink, Inc., d/b/a Mbanq.
