From Thursday to Saturday, the American Bar Association is scheduled to host its hybrid business law section annual meeting in Chicago, and two Morris Nichols Arsht & Tunnell partners are set to speak at the event: Tarik J. Haskins and Jeffrey R. Wolters.

Haskins is to chair the “Delaware Case Law Update” program at 10 a.m. Thursday, presented by the LLCs, partnerships and unincorporated entities committee. Also on Thursday, Haskins is scheduled to speak on the panel “Good Faith and Fair Dealing: Can the Covenant Really Be Breached?” at 2 p.m., presented by the business and corporate litigation committee.
