Fiore of the firm’s Philadelphia office, were honored to participate recently as featured panelists in a continuing legal education (CLE) session organized by Delaware Superior Court Judge Eric M. Davis in partnership with the Vincent A. Bifferato Trial Practice Forum.

The presentation, titled “Franchise Law for Non-Franchise Law Delaware Attorneys,” included basic franchise principles, an overview of franchise laws and regulations, and discussion on evaluating franchise opportunities, IP/trademarks, real estate issues, transfer/termination issues, and litigation aspects.
