As Delaware currently seeks to fill four New Castle County Superior Court judgeships, sources in the Delaware legal community said three additional vacancies are likely to open up within the next two years. According to legal sources, the vacancies will be created by the retirement of Judges Jerome O. Herlihy, Jan R. Jurden and Charles H. Toliver IV.

Herlihy and Jurden did not return calls seeking comment.
