The American Bar Association is set to debut the third revised edition of “Reorganizing Failing Businesses,” its two-volume treatise on the restructuring process at the ABA business law section spring meeting in New Orleans.

The third edition is co-edited by Elliott Greenleaf’s Rafael X. Zahralddin-Aravena and Megan Adeyemo of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani. Zahralddin and several other Elliott Greenleaf lawyers are also authors of several chapters in the book.
