The Delaware State Bar Association held an annual breakfast and a statewide day of service honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr and Elliott Greenleaf's Kate Harmon served on the planning committee for the event.
Harmon, an associate in the firm's Wilmington office, concentrates her practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, entity formation, nonprofit representation, insurance coverage disputes, compliance and intellectual property.
Prior to joining the firm, Harmon managed the mass tort litigation docket for the Wilmington office of a regional defense firm and has experience litigating in Delaware's various state and federal courts from case inception through trial.
