Del. Judiciary Names New Court Administrator
The Delaware judiciary on Thursday announced that Amy Arnott Quinlan—a deputy state court administrator—has been promoted to head the Administrative Office of the Courts, after her former boss became master in Chancery.

The Delaware judiciary on Thursday announced that Amy Arnott Quinlan—a deputy state court administrator—has been promoted to head the Administrative Office of the Courts, after her former boss became master in Chancery.
Quinlan, who came to the AOC in 2011 from Morris James, is set to take over June 30 for Patricia Griffin, the longtime state court administrator who last month was named a master in Chancery.
In her new role, Quinlan will be tasked with overseeing a number of court initiatives, including efforts to reform Delaware's approach to bail and leveraging new technologies to increase efficiency among criminal justice agencies, the judiciary said.

The action, filed Oct. 7 in New York Southern District Court by the Brown Law Firm, accuses the company's directors and/or officers of falsely expressing confidence in the company’s restructuring of its sales incentive plan and downplaying the severity of decreases in its upfront commitments.
