Baltimore-based Offit Kurman is expanding its outpost in Wilmington with three labor and employment lawyers from Cooch and Taylor.

Offit Kurman has hired Kevin Fasic and Katherine Witherspoon as partners and state Sen. Anthony Delcollo, R-Marshallton, as an associate. Effective Aug. 1 they will join partner Frank Noyes, who splits his time between Philadelphia and Wilmington. Noyes had an office in Wilmington, but the firm has now expanded its space within the same building.

Fasic, Witherspoon and Delcollo come from Cooch and Taylor, a 57-year-old firm with less than 20 lawyers. They became connected with Offit Kurman through partner Joshua Quinter, who works in the Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, office, said firm chairman Ted Offit.
