Multiple Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell attorneys attended the annual American Bar Association business law section meeting from Sept. 14 to 16 in Chicago. Two partners serve as ABA committee chairs and two spoke at the program.
Eric Klinger-Wilensky chairs the ABA's private equity and venture capital committee. Tarik Haskins is chair of ABA's middle market and small business committee, as well as the secured lending joint subcommittee.
On Sept. 14, Rick Alexander spoke during the private equity and venture capital committee's academic program.
