Elliott Greenleaf director and shareholder Rafael X. Zahralddin moderated a panel at the American Bankruptcy Institute's Cross-Border Insolvency Program at the Davis Polk & Wardwell conference center in New York City.
The panel titled "Inter-Court Communications" explored how inter-court cooperations have become critical in today's global economy as corporate insolvencies burst beyond jurisdictional boundaries and present themselves as complex cross-border proceedings, according to a press release.
Zahralddin is a co-chair of the ABI international committee with Gilberto Deon Correa Jr. of Souto Correa Cesa Lummertz & Amaral Advogados. He is also a member of the advisory board for the 2017 Cross-Border Insolvency Program.
