Andrew B. Wilson of Morris James, along with over 60 fellow experts in blockchain and telehealth sectors in health care, are set to address compelling issues, growth opportunities and financial implications for the industry at the Partners in Digital Health 2018 Converge2Xcelerate Conference on Oct. 24 at Columbia University in New York City.

Wilson is an associate and legislative specialist in Morris James' health care industry and government relations groups. Wilson works on a range of health care issues throughout the practice of medicine, assisting clinicians, practices and other entities through licensing questions, regulatory compliance, and generally how to grow their practices.

After graduating with his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2010, he worked as counsel and policy analyst to members of the New York state Senate. He produced legislation, committee reports and staffed press conferences on a weekly basis, addressing time-sensitive public policy issues. He also served as counsel and clerk to the New York state Senate Committee on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, where his duties included running committee meetings and hearings, creating policy, acting as an agency point person, and bill tracking and analysis.
