Delaware Counsel Group founding partner Ellisa Habbart is set to present at an International Network of Boutique and Independent Law Firms meeting in Rome.

Habbart was selected as one of three speakers to discuss corporate law issues currently in the news, according to a statement. Her presentation will address the tug between the rights of controlling a shareholder and the board, how the #MeToo movement is impacting corporations and the impact of Harley-Davidson's decision to close U.S. factory stores.

Habbart exclusively represents Delaware corporations and alternative entities in national and international business transactions.
