Connolly Gallagher partner N. Christopher Griffiths was appointed by Delaware Supreme Court Chief Justice Leo E. Strine Jr. to serve a three-year term as a member of the Delaware Supreme Court's rules committee.

The rules committee is responsible for monitoring the Supreme Court Rules, considering changes where appropriate, considering comments regarding possible improvements and drafting changes to the rules, according to statement provided by the firm.

Griffiths devotes his practice to a variety of areas, including administrative and government law; corporate and commercial litigation; bankruptcy law; and general litigation. Griffiths has represented a variety of government and corporate clients helping them achieve solutions to complex problems.

While the majority of his practice is focused on representing municipalities and government agencies, Griffiths has direct experience litigating cases at every level of the court system, advising general counsel and serving as a solicitor. He also has experience representing clients in contract negotiations, land use disputes, Homeowners Association Disputes disputes and bankruptcy-related litigation.
