Connolly Gallagher attorneys Trisha W. Hall and Scott E. Swenson are set to present at the Delaware State Bar Association's fundamentals of will drafting and estate administration conference on Wednesday.

The course is designed as a case study in order to provide experienced Delaware practitioners the basics of estate planning, according to a Connolly Gallagher press statement.

Hall practices in the areas of estate and trust planning and administration. As a planner, she helps clients plan for the preservation—and ultimate distribution—of their assets in the way they desire. She advises clients on all aspects of estates and trusts, including wills, powers of attorney, probate and estate administration, and irrevocable trusts. In Hall's work in estate and trust administration, she counsels individual and institutional fiduciaries, and in doing so, brings her prior experience serving as in-house trust counsel for a trust company in Wilmington.

Swenson focuses his practice on estate planning and settlement, estate and trust litigation, and advising trustees and other fiduciaries on matters including trust administration, trust modification and risk management. He has represented a variety of institutional and individual clients, as fiduciaries and as beneficiaries, in trust and estate matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court. His practice also includes taxation, alternative entities, nonprofit organizations, tax controversies and guardianship.
